Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Momentix, an independent DJ and music producer based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You can contact us at [email protected].

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the platform: • Account information (name, email address) when you log in via Manus OAuth. • Payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. • Mailing list email address if you voluntarily sign up via the "Join the list" form on the homepage. No other personal data is collected at sign-up. • Session cookies required to keep you logged in between page visits. • Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) collected anonymously for site performance.

Your data is used solely to: • Authenticate your account and maintain your session. • Process payments and manage your membership or orders. • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, membership updates). • Send mailing list emails to subscribers who have opted in — including new release announcements, Voltage Labs updates, festival news, and merch drops. • Display your name in release credits if you have opted in via a purchase.

When you submit your email address via the "Join the list" sign-up form, we collect and store: • Your email address. • The section of the page where you signed up (hero or footer), for internal analytics only. • The date and time of sign-up. • A unique unsubscribe token linked to your email address. This data is used exclusively to send you Momentix news and updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)): processing is based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent at the time of sign-up.

You can withdraw your consent and remove yourself from the mailing list at any time using either of the following methods: • One-click unsubscribe link: every email we send contains a personalised "unsubscribe" link in the footer. Clicking it takes you to a confirmation page where you can remove your email address with a single button press. Your address is deleted from our database immediately upon confirmation. • Manual request: email us at [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will remove your address within 2 business days. Once unsubscribed, your email address is permanently deleted from our mailing list database. We do not retain it in any backup or archive.

We use strictly necessary cookies only: • Session cookies to keep you logged in (expires when you close your browser or log out). • Stripe cookies required for secure payment processing. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: • Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. • Resend (resend.com) — transactional and mailing list email delivery. See Resend's Privacy Policy at resend.com/privacy. • Manus OAuth — authentication provider. • YouTube — embedded video player on the homepage (subject to Google's Privacy Policy).

We retain your data for the following periods: • Account data: for as long as your account is active. • Payment records: 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. • Mailing list email addresses: until you unsubscribe, at which point they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten). • Withdraw consent for mailing list processing at any time (see Section 5). • Object to or restrict processing of your data. • Data portability. • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
